As soon as our now 6-membered party crossed into the plains of Tanchi, and into the first town on the plains, Tankia, they are aware of insurgents lurking around who aren't too happy with people on Midus' side. So everyone thought...well, TRITHAL, AXEM, and THRAX thought it would be a good idea to prepare themselves for a fight and take a look at where everybody is statistically. After several minutes of deliberation, everyone agreed that EVAN should join the party temporarily as a "playable character" since Midus forced him along.
Evan, Son of Curtas JOINS THE PARTY
After everyone had tapped into their own pysche, they discovered the status of the group and how they
related to each other.

AXEM launches himself into an uproarious laughter as it is made clear that not only does CHRIS have better stats than THRAX but Evan does, also. THRAX obviously "flips the bird" to AXEM.
TRITHAL: "Damn, Evan, how did you get so much experience?"
Evan: "Oh, that's simple, Trithe. My boo's daddy, Midus, wanted his future son-in-law to be able to protect his Goddaughter. So I had a lil light training back at the crib. Plus, when some little bitches were hitting on my guy-friend, Lesly, I had to bitch-slap they ass so I gained esperiensse."
Evan just opened up a shitload of questions by giving that one explanation. Everyone kinda asked many questions at the same time.
Evan: "One at a time, people! Cheeseless Rice!"
CHRIS: "Lesly is a girly-sounding name, but you said he was a guy. That doesn't make any sense."
TRITHAL: "Why would you care if some girls are hitting on that 'guy-friend'...(TRITHAL chortles as he knows damn well what Lesly really is to Evan)...if you have Ali?"
AXEM: "Why do you talk like a black chick?"
THRAX: "What sex are the 'little bitches' that you were referring to?"
Before Evan could avoid answering those questions right in front of his fiancee, Ali, the party was suddenly engaged in battle. Six Doomsman cornered our party.
BATTLE MODE ON
THRAX quickly runs over to a bush and conveniently retrieves a boombox from behind it, and immediately cranks up some death metal.
Ali along with Evan and a somewhat disgusted CHRIS glance at THRAX for that total unneccesary bullshit.
THRAX: "Hey, I need something to get me in my Hell-fire element."
Despite that onslaught of Death Metal, they were nonetheless totally unprepared at this point. They had not yet worked out a strategy so Evan and Chris were up front and the other 4 were behind them.
Doomsman #1 attacks CHRIS with his doomstaff. CHRIS loses 10 HP.
Doomsman #2 attacks Evan with his doomstaff. Even loses 15 HP.
Doomsman #3 attacks CHRIS with doomstaff. CHRIS loses 10 HP.
Doomsman #4 attacks Ali with doomstaff. Ali loses 5 HP.
Doomsman #5 uses magic on THRAX and unleashes FIRE WAVE. Being that he is the Hell-fire, he loses no HP.
THRAX (as he is brushing off his shirt): "What are you trying to do, wrinkle my shirt?"
Doomsman #6 uses the same magic on CHRIS. Because THRAX re-joined the party, he reclaimed the Hell-fire powers that CHRIS was usurping during his absense. In essence, CHRIS loses 14 HP.
THRAX (Referring to what just happened): "Pssh. Faggot."
Evan glances a "look" at THRAX.
CHRIS barely survives that surprise attack with 1 HP remaining.
CHRIS: "Oh...damn.....uh...guys? (breathing heavily) I'll just...go wait in...Hatsuka while you guys
...take care of...uh...this."
TRITHAL (as he is keeping CHRIS in battle mode): "Oh, no, you aren't doing that shit again. Besides, if you leave, you won't get the experience, Chris."
TRITHAL wasted his turn removing CHRIS from the front.
AXEM does a little of his own magic and unleashes ROCK STORM in which several rocks in various sizes rain diagonally on all the enemies. All Doomsman lose 40/50 HP. AXEM loses 20 SP.
THRAX uses his short sword to stab Doomsman #1. Doomsman #1 is destroyed.
Ali uses her dueling sword to attack Doomsman #2 and is destroyed.
CHRIS lies low in defense mode.
Evan uses his 5 SP for HEAL ONE. He uses it on CHRIS. CHRIS gains 20 HP.
The remaining 4 Doomsman run away because they feel they are fighting a losing battle.
All party members gain 88 EXP.

TRITHAL: "Shit. We could've used all that EXP, but those cowards ran away before we could do anything else. All of us would've leveled up then."
CHRIS: "Thanks, Evan. That was pretty cool."
Evan: "Well, you needed it, boy."
It is weird that CHRIS doesn't bitch out Evan for calling him "boy". The party makes a mental note of the oddness of that.
The party takes a quick moment to better equip themselves for battles.
TRITHAL decides to equip his pizza knife that he hasn't used yet. His offense increases.
AXEM decides to equip weapons he bought from a superheroes' nostalgia store: Duel Sai's.
THRAX decides to equip his dragon dagger. It increases his offense and magic offense stats. THRAX can't figure out why his magic offence was increased by equiping a hand-to-hand combat weapon, but he doesn't really question it because he sees the need to not be analytical due to the scenery change.
Everyone uses some HP potions and everybody is fully restored. They rearranged the battle formation with 3 in front, 2 behind them, and 1 behind the middle 2. AXEM, THRAX, TRITHAL obviously take the front 3 positions. Since THRAX has a high max SP, and better magic now, he takes the distinction of being up front as a compliment. Ali and Chris are the middle 2 and Evan is tucked way in the back who can better prove usefulness with his healing abilities if it is needed. The party moves on.
