TRITHAL, Ali, and Evan finally wake up as the now 11-member group make their way back toward the river. They get up to see the three horse-lizards they weren't using carrying two women each, and in front THRAX riding in the lead and AXEM riding the horse-lizard that's drawing the cart.
TRITHAL, Ali, and Evan (in unison): What's going on? Where are we?
AXEM: "We're going toward the Dolmaiyan River from Kaivez. You've all been asleep for most of the day."
The three in unison: "Who the hell are these chicks?"
THRAX has fallen back to ride side-by-side with the cart. He says, "They call themselves the Saibot Clan. They worship Xanatos... whoever the fuck he is. They think I'm their messiah or something."
The three in unison: "You a messiah? That's weird."
AXEM: "Uh... do you three realize that you're all talking in unison?"
The three respond in unison, "We are? Fuck! Hang on..." TRITHAL withdraws a folded piece of paper from his kimono and hands it to THRAX, then the three say, "Here, read this aloud."
The three simultaneously close their eyes as THRAX reads the mantra. A second later the three open their eyes and begin to speak independently.
Evan: "That was freaky!"
Ali: "Yeah! What happened?"
TRITHAL: "I guess our minds were stuck together or something."
AXEM: "So, do you think you got enough rest?"
The party queries their stats...
TRITHAL (LV 10; 41/41 HP; 32/32 SP; 697/3000 EXP)
AXEM (LV 11; 33/46 HP; 30/44 SP; 793/3000 EXP)
THRAX (LV 8; 24/31 HP; 36/66 SP; 583/3000 EXP)

Evan (LV 6; 27/27 HP; 11/11 SP; 375 EXP)
TRITHAL, Ali and Evan notice their HP and SP are back to max. TRITHAL makes the observation that AXEM now has a higher level than he does. AXEM tells TRITHAL about the fire demon battle they had earlier... and the argument with me, the narrator. Ali also sees the perfect opportunity to tell Evan about his assimilation, THRAX's "Xanatos" findings, and TRITHAL's corpse-dragging. Evan accosts TRITHAL for dragging CHRIS and for ultimately dumping him into his watery grave. TRITHAL offers Evan the same response he gave Ali about CHRIS being a deserter. Even when TRITHAL pointed out to Evan that he doesn't know CHRIS and that he is just along for the ride, he still managed to care about the treatment CHRIS received. The party makes a mental note of the oddness of that.
A short time later, the party reaches the Dolmaiyan river... but before they get to the ferry they are confronted by a group of four water demons...
AXEM: "That's it! Fuck this shit!"
Woah, hey AXEM! What the hell you doin' up here? Hey! Put that down! AAAHHHHH!!!!!....
....
.....
(crash, thud)
.....
......
AXEM (narrating): "Hello everyone! I'm Axem the Stone Pillar and I'm gonna narrate for the rest of this episode. Since that very lame and unoriginal narrator had us confront some pussy-ass water demons, (ewww! pussy ass water!) I guess we're going into battle. Looks like Trithal's taking the lead position since he's the highest level down there."
Water Demon #1: "Are you the elemental warriors, Trithal, Thrax and Axem?
THRAX: "Yeah, why?"
Water Demon #2: "Well, then we must do away with your sorry buns..."
AXEM (narrating): "Ok, now two more water demons have appeared, ya-da-ya-da-ya-da. Water Demon #2 is a fruit-basket, ya-da-ya-da-ya-da."
BATTLE MODE ON
AXEM (narrating): "Ok, now it looks like the water demons are taking battle positions, and Thrax, Trithal, Ali and Evan are doing the same. And, those Thrax-worshiping goth chicks are just sitting back there watching. I guess they haven't joined in as fighters. Ok... Trithal takes the first shot... he pulls out his pizza knife and.... well he pulled it out and a flash appeared in front of him then he put it back... then a shock wave hit the water demons. Lemme see... each one lost 15/75 HP. I think Trithal used 3/32 SP on that attack. Now it looks like our hot princess Ali is gonna take the next shot.... Wow! She just spun around like a top and sliced at all the enemies! I haven't seen her do anything like that before. The enemies each lost 12/60 HP. Ali used 1/20 SP on that move. Awesome! Now it's Thrax's turn... Looks like he's just gonna hit them with a small whirlwind of fire so as to make them hurt but not kill them. He uses 5/36 SP. The enemies loose 16/44 HP. Okay now it's the enemies' turn to attack.... and looks like they're creating a cyclone of their own using water. Our side gets all wet...Oh my God!!! Ali's fucking HOT!! Them's some perky.... (clears throat)...Anyway, Evan is the only one who lost HP with that.. 4/27 to be exact. I guess everyone else-- even Thrax-- had high enough defenses to where it didn't hurt them."
THRAX: "You do know I could vaporize you all in the blink of an eye, right?"
AXEM (narrating): "Now the Water Demons are huddled together talking amongst themselves... now they turn around..."
Water Demon #1: "Since you're gracious enough not to kill us, we'll spare you more of our attacks..."
Water Demon #2: "Instead, we'll leave your sorry buns alone with the fact that you couldn't defeat our 'pussy selves.'"
BATTLE MODE OFF
Water Demon #3: "Here... you can have this barge we found so you can get to Tanchi City faster."
AXEM (narrating): "How the hell did they know we were going to Tanchi City?"
TRITHAL: "How the hell did you know we're going to Tanchi City?"
THRAX: "And why the hell are you giving us a barge?"
Water Demon #4: "Oh, we just know these things, what with being in the Land of Fantasy and all."
Water Demon #1: "If you guys are gonna oust the Periande then Godspeed to you!"
Water Demon #2: "Yeah! Those guys are polluting the water faster than we can keep it clean!"
AXEM (narrating): "Badass! Looks like we got sweet ride to Tanchi City... at the expense of listening to some gay water demons. Oh well, I guess it balances out....and it looks like our party is wasting no time after that battle and....Hey! Wait for me!"
